The Hotel Ansitz Steinbock is a 4-star superior gourmet hotel located in the heart of the mountain village of Villanders in the Eisack Valley of South Tyrol. It captivates with its castle-like building from the 15th century, which has been tastefully renovated while preserving its original charm. Guests have access to 12 individually and lovingly furnished rooms and suites, which are luxuriously equipped and offer every comfort in spacious surroundings. The accommodations either feature a balcony, a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, or a freestanding designer bathtub with views of the surrounding mountains. Here begins an unforgettable stay for couples or families alike. The Royal Breakfast is included in all accommodations. In the evenings, upon request, house guests are served an alpine 5-course menu in the courtroom or on the garden terrace, exclusively prepared from local ingredients. Alternatively, guests can also dine in the Defregger Stube or the "Stainbock Wirtstafern" and enjoy reinterpretations of South Tyrolean or international dishes. The culinary delights are complemented by fine wines stored six meters underground in a vault under ideal conditions. Wine tastings can also be arranged upon request.
