The Antholz Valley is a valley of the South Tyrol that is still unknown to many and is therefore a real hidden gem, just waiting to be discovered. It is impossible to get bored in this valley because there are so many activities for adventure seekers and sportslovers during the summer: hiking, climbing, paragliding, rocky and steep mountain trails, mountain biking and cycling. In winter, relaxing walks through the snow-covered forests or the possibility of practising all winter sports from skiing to tobogganing and skating. However the highlight of all sports in this valley is the biathlon, and it is here that the world championships in this discipline are held.
